She is the founding owner of Richvalszki Spa Consulting & Spa Academy, established in 2008, where she is also a respected educator & international lecturer. Since 2005, she has been very interested in the science of Ayurveda & a dedicated follower of the Satyananda yoga tradition & lifestyle since 2010. 

Her passion for wellness and healthy living led her to co-found Naya Lifestyle Clinic to supports clients in achieving a better quality of life.
