She is one of the founders of the Bulgarian Union of Balneology and spa tourism BUBSPA (2006th), and since March  2018th she is its President. 

Dr.  Katsarova has more 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry of Bulgaria, last 15 years were devoted to the development of the Bulgarian and European health tourism/Marketing and PR.   

She is a managing Board member of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Chairman of the Tourism Committee, and founder: managing partner of the company MEDSPA BGJSC (Jan 2011th), a facilitator in the field of the medical tourism.
