Her knowledgebase includes Touchless Wellness, Translational Medicine, and development of the guest journey within wellness and hospitality.  

She is certified in Design Thinking, Service Design and Facilitation. As an Advisory Board member of the Gharieni Group, and the Touchless Wellness Association, she supports these organizations to adapt, innovate and iterate on strategy and operational realities. She co-chairs the Mental Wellness Initiative and Touchless Wellness initiatives off the Global Wellness Institute, and her publications include global wellness trends, white papers and industry content on Touchless Wellness, mental health and integrated wellness solutions.  

She is certified in Design Thinking and supports companies to harness innovation and new thinking within teams to arrive at rapid prototyping, and understanding customer needs/wants in designing both CX and UX.  

She has been at the forefront of the evolving sector of Touchless Wellness, having co-authored the white paper “Embracing tomorrow, today: the power of Innovation through Touchless Wellness,” within the backdrop of the Digital Age and Wellness 3.0. Her multi/interdisciplinary approach is leading the way in disrupting the Wellness guest journey by evolving the use of Human Centric Design in the co-creation of a seamless customer experience that integrates both touchless and touch services in programming – using evidence-based nudging elements, to promote positive long-term behavior change resilience and thriving – for individuals and for wider systemic impact.
