Anna’s passion for hospitality brings more than 20 years of international experience in the fields of spa, wellness, fitness and leisure.

Together with her hands on expertise in Spa and a Master Degree in Tourism and Hospitality, she has successfully led The Willow Stream Spa at The Fairmont Acapulco Princess, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Prague and most recently The Spa at Mandarin O riental, Doha to become one of the leaders in the spa business. In Slovakia she stands behind the spa and membership concepts of recognized ZION SPA in Grand Hotel River Park, A Luxury Collection Hotel; Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras; Sheraton Hotel Bratislava and Crowne Plaza Bratislava where she has established itself at the forefront of the spa industry, leading some of the most advanced facilities and treatment programs, including signature holistic treatments, award-winning spa design and an acclaimed signature spa line. “Growing up in the middle of nature in the beautiful Carpathian Mountains built in me love and respect for nature and people and showed me how beneficial nature is for us. Not only using healing waters, plants and fruit, but also attaining perfect balance have to be integral parts of our lives. Sven Huckenbeck, MSc, University educated sport scientist and holistic spa concept designer with over 20 years experience in the health and spa industry.
Since 2020 working as Spa Director and project development in The König Ludwig – Inspiration Spa, Schwangau, Germany. Vast experience in managing health spa operations. As Group Spa Director at Ensana and executive board member from 2018 -2020 responsible for the product development in terms of rebranding and restructuring the health spa portfolio, with the main focus on natural healing ressources. The whole company consisting of 26 health spa hotels with 7500 beds and approximately 3 Mio treatments p.a. was located in five countries. Extensive experience in biomechanics and also in treatments such as myoreflex therapy, accupunct-massage, naturopathy and relaxation massages. Practical teaching of various massage techniques and his own bio-balance concept, a combination of biomechanical and mental balancing, energetic harmonizing and neurological reset for alignment and presence. Excellent treatment results with a positive impact on sports (amateur and professional), health, beauty and coaching processes. Vast know-how of various fitness and sports therapy concepts. Winner of several international spa awards, like: Best Spa Manager Continent Europe 2016 – World Luxury Spa Awards, Global Director of the Year 2020 (HoW-Awards), Spa Personality of the Year 2022 – Wellness Aphrodite.
